Sean serves as an advisor and general counsel to businesses, private equity firms, and individuals in a variety of industries. He assists with and guides his clients through business formation, capitalization, and investment; mergers and acquisitions; employment issues and contracts; commercial real estate acquisitions and financing; and negotiating and documenting debt facilities and other financing transactions. Sean also brings significant litigation and trial experience to the firm, representing clients in complex commercial and civil cases in various state, federal, and administrative courts and agencies.
