Frank Lozupone is an associate with the firm. He handles business litigation, real estate and property litigation, transactional and counseling matters, and has experience with non-compete issues, business formation, fiduciary litigation, and personal injury among other areas.
Mr. Lozupone graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2016 where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Lozupone was a member of the Law Review, a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship, and a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society. Mr. Lozupone obtained his B.S. in Chemistry from St. Francis University, PA in 2010.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lozupone served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas G. Ross in the Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County. Following his clerkship, he was employed at a large regional law firm focusing on the defense of professionals including, but not limited to, attorneys, architects, engineers, and real estate agent.
Mr. Lozupone was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in December 2016. Mr. Lozupone has been recognized as a Rising Star Top Rated Lawyer by Super Lawyers for the last few years. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
