Brooke H. Bowman practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, non-litigation advice for and the creation of business organizations, and establishing tax-exempt organizations.
Brooke graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor. Brooke was a member and an editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum where she wrote and published an article with regard to a surviving spouse’s election of a statutory share. Brooke received the highest grade in her Federal Income Taxation and Professional Responsibility courses while in law school. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
Prior to joining the firm, Brooke served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul G. Goetzke in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. After working for a Baltimore firm for 10 years, Brooke returned to Annapolis to open the firm’s Estate Planning Practice.
Brooke is recognized as a Rising Star Top Rated Lawyer by Super Lawyers. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Brooke is active in her community and serves as a Board Member for The Bill Sweeney Perinatal Care Fund, Inc.
