Jeff Bowman is a trial lawyer concentrating on business litigation, estate and trust disputes, real estate conflicts, and general civil litigation, including serious personal injury cases. He also advises new and established businesses on non-litigation matters.
Mr. Bowman has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Lawyers for over a decade, and in 2026 Super Lawyers recognized him as one of the Top 5 Business Litigation attorneys in Maryland. Mr. Bowman represents individuals and businesses in complex trials and appeals before Maryland’s state and federal courts and is frequently engaged by out-of-state law firms handling Maryland litigation or by attorneys seeking federal court assistance.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and has also litigated in other jurisdictions through pro hac vice admission.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Bowman serves on the Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. In the broader community, he is a current member and former Chair of the Maryland Hall Board of Directors, reflecting his long-standing commitment to civic and cultural engagement.
